When it comes to implementing a successful solution, we don’t just assume that the technology will speak for itself. It rarely, if ever does. We have a professional services team that works with clients to assess the technology impact on the MailCenter as well as the end-users. Each engagement includes a member of our Change Management team. Ideally we have these conversations as early in the planning stages as possible.
Custom Programming
Most of our solutions are COTS-based (Commercial Off-The-Shelf). However, there are occasions where we have written custom solutions to interface to advanced equipment from partners such as OPEX. Additionally, we have written custom modules and release scripts for Kofax solutions.
We have a wide-ranging set of skills to convert paper storage into scanned digital documents. We partner with the best technology providers of scanners and software to develop a process that is optimized for each of our clients. No two clients have the same issues, and no two clients have the same solution.
